How to Have Cool Conversations With Your Kids

Cracking the Communication Code is for coaches, teachers and parents of children/youth and is being used in organizations as a "value added" to the families served.

By understanding personality types, coaches, teachers and parents are made aware in a tangible way of something they already suspected. All children are different! Adults who guide children/youth are encourage to remember that different is not the same as wrong.

Participants are given an introductory explanation of the different personality types and how the basic needs of each one are very different. Cracking the Communication Code is different for each child because of his or her unique personality types. The workshop is conducted by Betsy Barbieux and Adam Howard which is unique in that not only are Betsy and Adam mother and teenage son, but they are OPPOSITE personality types. They are willing to share with you how they survived the preschool years and elementary years and how they are now in the process of surviving the teenage years. Between the two of them, they have a lot of information and insights.
