PERSONALITY BASICS
For Churches

Christians have the most important message in the whole world to share. Learning how other people communicate, as well as the words and concepts that mean something to others, is essential to your evangelism or discipleship ministries.

Personality Basics is presented by Betsy Barbieux, Professional Development Coach, and has been designed to give you an opportunity to learn about basic communication styles and to assess your own style. Participants are given a self-scoring Style Analysis to determine their preferred behavior and communication style. Using Jesus and several biblical characters, participants have an opportunity to learn about basic communication styles and to identify them in others. The presentation is interactive and time is allowed for questions and answers.

Personality Basics helps participants become more aware of their need to adapt their communication styles and gives them some practical suggestions on how to develop effective and interpersonal evangelism and discipleship communication.
