PERSONALITY BASICS

People who communicate effectively are successful at home and work. Whether they have a natural instinct into understanding other people or they have been taught, this skill is essential to successful living.

Personality Basics is presented by Betsy Barbieux, Professional Development Coach, and has been designed to give you an opportunity to learn about basic communication styles and to assess your own style. Participants are given a self-scoring Style Analysis to determine their preferred behavior and communication style. Using a "funbook", participant have an opportunity to learn about the basic communication styles and to identify them in others. The presentation is interactive and time is allowed for questions and answers.

Personality Basics is useful in understanding those with whom you work and volunteer, your family members and friends, and especially your children.

Personality Basics will be customized to your industry or organization., A special customization is available for churches to assist in your outreach, discipleship, and ministry departments.

Workshop length - 4 hours (may be used as a 1-hour keynote)
