Employers may receive an 18-page "Managing for Success: report for each employee who completes a Style Analysis or Adult Profile Assessment. The report is useful to employers in specifically identifying the strengths of each employee, tips for motivating, suggestions to improve communications, and areas of possible miscommunication with other styles.

Employees who complete a Style Analysis or Adult Profile Assessment may also receive an 18-page "Managing for Success" report or a "Relationship Insights" report on themselves. The "Relationship Insights" report is useful for individuals seeking to understand their strengths in a relationship and areas of possible misunderstandings with other family members or friends.
