Image Inside & Out

I am a clerk in a local bank. After reading your advice on manners I have begun consciously addressing my work colleagues as sir or ma'am, and already this has led to many positive things. I am now much more aware of my behavior and strive to be as professional as possible. I have also begun focusing much more on my work clothing, and now only wear a suit/tie to work.

I can’t thank you enough for changing my life via my image and your “Ultimate Image Day.” I love the confidence I have now because I know my “new look” looks good. I can walk out the door or greet new clients knowing I look “put-together” from head to toe.

I was very impressed with all the information you gave me during our day together. The details that catered to my specific personality were very helpful. Even though I tried to fight you at first on your ideas, by the end of the day I saw what you were seeing and I love my “new look.” One of my girlfriends asked me if I had lost weight, another asked if I had bought a new outfit – the answer to both was no. I just look better all around.

I also want to thank you for taking me shopping. Without the trip to the store I would not be able to keep up my “new look.” In the past I have dreaded shopping more than anything, but since working with you, I look forward to going to the store with my formula in hand. I now know exactly what to get and it makes shopping really fun.
